What was the highlight of Diyar Al Taqwa Hotel

The hotel was impressive and easy to locate.

The hotel was impressive and easy to locate. The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was immaculate equipped with fresh towels and plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly there was an iron and ironing board provided. Really great considering our 5 star hotel in Mecca charged extortionate prices for the in house laundry service. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety. Lastly the receptionist called the room beforehand to remind us of the check out time. Great to see professional and courteous staff. All in all a very pleasant stay and will definitely consider it in the future.

During the night the alarm was activated on at least two occasions. I'm unsure whether it was from an adjoining room or a faulty alarm. I forgot to notify the receptionist when checking out. I suppose these things can happen. In all honesty, I was too exhausted to call reception. We'd travelled from Mecca and were glad to get a room at such short notice. We found it somewhat strange the room lights had to remain on to charge our mobile phones! It's totally absurd and who sleeps with the lights on during the night? I guess it was down to the room key card. We attempted to switch off the lights to no avail. Again perhaps we didn't understand the dynamics of the room.

The hotel is very good for stay.

The hotel is very good for stay. Only two things you need to take into account if you choose Diyar ul Taqwa 1.The are no restaurants nearby. 2.The ladies gate for salam is far. But if you are not afraid of walking for above two reasons it is an exceptional property to stay.

beautiful location and comfortable clean room

the location was great, they provided us with a car park upon check in, the staff were very helpful, fast and efficient. the room was very comfortable, clean and quite. I would happily return to the hotel very soon

the number provided in the confirmation (mobile number) rings but no one answers it. the security guard manning the entrance to the car park leaves his post quite often and i had to wait for him to return to open the gate like 10 mins

The property is good, clean and relatively new.

The property is good, clean and relatively new. Location is on the Qibla side which is near for the gents but far for the ladies.

The maintenance people were working in the next room 12 midnight causing very loud disturbing noises.
